Recruitment Day: At SSG Contracts Limited our customers are at the heart of everything we do as is our service level and delivery of projects which is why we recently held our very own recruitment day for our SSG Site Supervisory roles. The event was held over 3 days, hosted at our own Nene Business Centre conferencing facility in Wellingborough with over 300 applicants who were tested for communication and leadership skills, problem solving, teamwork and that critical skill for having an eye for detail. We now have 4 successful candidates who are operating at high level on our sites nationwide helping deliver projects for our customers on time and on budget.
