SSG Contracts instructed on major retail park resurfacing project in Halifax, West Yorkshire
SSG Contracts, one of the UK’s largest Construction, Refurbishment and Facilities Maintenance specialists has announced that it has recently been awarded a significant contract to undertake a major 10,000 sq m carpark resurfacing project for repeat customer Fidum Property Management on behalf of B&Q at their Supercentre store located in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
The works were undertaken at night to avoid any operational disruption to the retail park.

Speaking about the contract award Tom Fitzgerald Managing Director at SSG Contracts said:
“SSG enjoys a strong and expanding working relationship with Commercial Property Management company Fidum and this was another successful project outcome working together. As one of several strands to our offering car park resurfacing and restoration projects are something SSG excels at having completed in the region of 20 other jobs of a similar nature recently.
By implementing the work during the night, we were able to ensure the normal daily function of our customers and retail outlets remains totally unaffected. The finished job then provides a noticeable upgrade of the previous surface offering significant benefits to our customers and those visiting.”
What Fidum Said
