After an engineering career in the Armed Forces, Jim moved into the automotive sector gaining invaluable operational experience in manufacturing, product development and product testing. This was followed by a move into the communications sector as Head of Field Services for a fibre roll out company before joining SSG in 2021. Jim has significant experience leading large remote teams in complex, technical and matrixed environments, these skills play are vital part to Jim’s role as Senior Operations Manager where he maintains operational oversight across all Amazon projects to strengthen the client relationship and drive SSG team performance.
